I'm new here and I have a 2011 xle and was wondering how hard it might be to change the front clip? To say a 2011 es350 front end.

 

You want the front bumper cover of the ES350 on you 2011 XLE?

 

Yes I would like to put a es 350 bumper on my xle I was just wanting to know if it's possible and how difficult it'd be

 

These front ends look very different in all aspects, even the headlights have different shapes. The front bumper cover is very different and so is the hood.
I think this would be a very expensive conversion as well as complicated.
As always, enough money can do whatever you want....
