Gen 3 pride
Hi all!
I just bought my 2nd Gen 3 camry! Made the switch from a 1996 LE 2.2 to a 1993 DX 5 speed 2.2. Got out of my old one at 218000mi. I owned it for 100000 mi! gave it to a friend in exchange for help on my new camry. it has an oil leak and some minor things that he will fix (he's a very good mech.) and it still runs great. I loved my old one so much that i wanted another in 5 speed... and knew it would be fun. Now I got crank windows, no power door locks and no passenger airbag etc., less stuff to fail in the long run. surprised it has working AC! (R-12 refrigerant though) my new '93 has 176000 mi and runs like new. gen3 camry 2.2s are the best. just did some work to it and it runs better with every part. gonna post photos soon. Im glad to join the online camry community, where others are driving my cars sisters. Ive done work to both of mine so feel free to ask questions about your Gen 3!

Yeah, the gen 6 is the new widebody. I like them a lot too. If I could get another camry in another generation it would definetly be a gen 6 TRD. Love the bodystyle, the wheels, the 6-speed, and the interior. maybe someday...
