Default HELP 94 Camry V6 engine ECU Ground Issues

Hello camry and toyota fans, mine is making me nuts !!! Please Help !!! My 94 le v6 after several scans and many sensors later, I'm still have same problems, no tach or speedometer, temp gauge, OD light, and shifts strange and Check Engine Light will come on, But if I Jump Terminals 4 and 5 on OBD Port with a wire, These Problems are gone, and I still a Major Issue: High IDLE, up to 2,000 Rpm cold start, dropping down as it warms up, but never up with a curb idle less than 1,250 Rpm, which is insane, 700 plus or minus 50 is spec !!!, I have loved this car before, but it's been a while, about 8 months ago, when this started, Any Help is Greatly Appreciated ! Tony P.S. car is OBD 2.

Have you scanned the car for specific codes? Codes that were found?

Terminals 4 and 5. Are these white/black and brown wires?

White black (no 4) is chassis ground, brown (5) eventually runs to ground.

At computer harness wiring, brown wire (16) eventually runs to ground. Brown wire (22) is common to TPS, EGR temp sensor, engine coolant sensor, and MAF but is not grounded.

The white/black wires (28,33,34) run to chassis ground. Except for one white/black wire (5) that goes to the small data link box having 8 or so terminals, this wire will not be grounded.

Remove the electrical plugs and check these colored wires for a ground.

To Patonium, Hi, I appreciate the response, codes 500 and 720, VSS A malfunction, and OSS circuit malfunction respectively, I realize port 4 and 5 are chassis and signal grounds, cars functions same w/ scanner plugged in or terminals bridged. I tested VSS for resistance,It was in acceptable range. tony71
