The key would need to be cut and the chip inside programmed. A Toyota dealer can do both or some locksmiths. The locksmith will be cheaper but call around as not all can.
Once you have the new key it will need to be added to car computer using the old key and done for security reasons.
When you get the new key and it works, store one key in secure location. If no keys then getting a replacement key can be very time consuming and expensive.
