That's a LOT of issues! Did this all happen at the same time?

Each issue listed should have a specific trouble code. As in the inspection station read out the trouble codes from the computer which were in the form of a letter and numbers. An example of a code is P0305. The inspection station then appeared to list the explanation of the code but not the code itself.

The issue is most diagnostic and troubleshooting information is listed by specific code not the codes explanation.

Based on the majority of codes would start looking for wiring issues. Broken wires, wire damage from rodents, etc.

"Open" means the circuit is broken as in a wiring could be disconnected or broken.

Hi, Thanks for your response.

My car has been parked for over a week now as there is lock down over here in Lagos, Nigeria.

I did the diagnostic myself as all the shops and mechanic village are close.

In general, are you saying my car has mainly wiring issues?

Did you generate this report yourself? If so what were the actual trouble codes?

Am stating that based on the large number of issues, and type of issue would start with checking the cars wiring. Bad wiring can cause all kinds of problems and this is the easiest place to start looking.

Might be a computer issue.

Issues which state "open" typically means damaged wires. Other issues are contradicting themselves such as issue 7 states low while issue 8 states high, issue 11 states off and 12 states on.

Check the wiring going to the right rear speed sensor and steering wheel air bag/steering wheel angle sensor. Both of these are open circuit issue which typically means wiring issues.

Does the engine start up and run normally?

Did an auto shop, auto inspection shop or did you personally hook up the scanner to the car and get these codes?

Start by inspecting the wiring for damage. Check the wiring in engine compartment and under the dash. It could be a wiring harness is damaged. This harness having wires that go to various sensors. The result is all of the codes.
