Hello. I have registered here in hopes to pick the brains of this Camry community on the internet. I am usually not one for forums but I am in desperate need of help regarding my car.

Believe it or not, a Camry is the only model car I've ever owned, except for the 2007 Sienna in our drive-way, but that is really the wife's (we needed it to haul our kids around in).

When I was 16 or so, I took my 89 Camry in for an alignment before a long road trip. When they told me it couldn't be done, but charged me anyway. When this happened, I became very cynical regarding automotive shops and, for the most part, have been able to tackle any repairs by myself or with my dad.

Through the years, I have had a 1989, 1992 and am now currently driving a 1998 Camry. I would love to have a Tacoma at some point, but no way I can swing another car payment right now.

Well, I posted my issue in the general tech forum. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
