Default Replacement tires

What tires are recommended for replacements for 2016 LE? I bought it used in 2019 with Kumho. I do highway, city, Midwest winters/summers. When I went in for oil change dealer didn’t have kumho on list but the others were quoted at 900-1000 for a set. I know dealer prices too high. Thank you.

One should be able to get tires for much less then your quoted price. The Covid supply chain shortage may still be affecting availability of some specific brand tire sizes.

I tend to buy at Costco or Discount tire when a tire maker has a buy 3 get one free sale. Tend to buy the chain store branded type such as Michelin Defender or whatever tire chains call it. Make sure you get all costs as Discount tire offers a tire warranty which costs more but I never needed to use it.

For a while when having no money I purchased used tires at a significant savings with no problems.

If you want to get confused and overwhelmed visit TireRack.com which offers shipped to your door tires. The site has LOTS of tires and LOTS of reviews. WalMart tends be OK with mounting mail order tires.

If you want specifics review tires posts at Toyotanation.com. LOTS of posts and discussion on tires! Your car is Generation 7 Camry which covers 2012 to 2017.

Take note that everyone has their opinion about tires.
