my wifehave a 92 toyota camry 2.2 L4 5Speed with the ACT Presure Plate and Four Puff Clutch Disk

she kept asking me to turbo charge her Camry for her.
and this camry will be the first camry that i'm gonna put turbo on...
i'm more into Supra...

anyways... here is my question....

whats the best turbo engine or the best turbo kit that will direct-fit or bolt on tothe camry... any idea???


i was looking at the 3sgte turbo kit... but i'm not sure that will direct bolt on to the 5sfe...
so any suggestion???

Try looking to see if the lexus gs300 has a bolt on turbo. They share the same engine so its something to look in to

 

some of the celicas have that engine too. Im looking for a turbo for my 94, but im having fun figuring out how to tell if it will fit (don't know what specs to look at). But yeah, i think it was the 96-99 celicas

tell me how it goes. If it works out well for you i might put one on my car too....got other stuff to do to it before that though (sound system, intake, exhaust...actually maybe ill get all the parts and do the turbo, exhaust, headers etc ate the same time)
