Default Cleaning car windshields

The windshield is critical to your safety. As a result, windshield washing should be done completely. Continue reading for more windshield washing tips and methods.

Step 1: Raise the wipers.
Remove any leaves and twigs, or other material accumulated between the wipers and the windshield’s base. Throughout the cleaning operation, keep the wipers in the "up" position.

Step 2: Spray the windshield with glass cleaner.
Spray the glass cleaner in such a manner that it covers the broadest possible area on the side that you plan to wipe first. For most car windshields, two to three pumps of the solution are sufficient. More glass cleaner may be required if your automobile has a big windscreen.

Step 3: Wipe vertically in a straight motion.
Extend your reach with a microfiber cloth to the top center, then wipe it down in a vertical line to the windshield’s center. Then, using the same vertical motions, wipe the glass from top down to bottom, going towards your side. Repeat this process until the whole windshield has been wiped clean.

Step 4: Wipe in a horizontal line.
After cleaning the windshield vertically, begin wiping it the other way. Wipe the glass with a horizontal diagonal motion this time.

Step 5: Buff your windshield
The prior wipe-down was intended to remove the glass cleaner liquid as well as any extra grit. The windshield will then be buffed. This implies buffing the windscreen using circular motion. Use another clean towel than the one you used previously to do so.
