Check out the Camry swap into a 1993.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Camry/comme...s_1993_toyota/

First you have to fit the engine and trans into the chassis. The engine weighs more and the engine/trans combo will shift the chassis weight. This may need to be accounted for with the suspension. The combination is rear wheel drive plus what to about the front wheel axle setup that is designed for front wheel drive. Then comes the wiring and electronics. Some older Camry were 4 wheel drive but not a 2007. This assumes the older Camry rear axle will handle the HP.

Default 2004 Toyota Camry Swap

Would it be plausible to drop a 2ZZ-GE Engine in my 04 Camry if my engine ever went out on me?
