For Sale 1996 Camry Le Fresh jap eng/ tires

I am looking for 5K but reasonable offers will be considered.
I had just replaced timing belt and then Head gasket leaked so I decided to replaced engine so no more worries.
Was not planning on selling but plans change.
Drives amazingly smooth and has plenty of power.
It has less then 12k on motor 152k on chassi
Clean title
Gets over 30mpg!
90%freeway miles
Its an LE so it has power everything, alloy wheels and bose sound system .
everything works.
about 1k on hankook tires
now for the Bad;
The interior is clean but the front leather seats are worn and cracked.
the clear coat on roof is oxidizing and peeling
the paint on hood has major chips and cracks.
I am considering a paint job but that will raise price.
