Ok, I have a 2004 Camry. Something weird is going on with it. When I try to start it the alarm goes off (has been doing that off and on for years). Now, when I try to start it, it won't start and this is what happens:

Sorry can not load the video, can you describe the problem? Does the car have a Toyota installed VIP immobilizer security system that disables the ign system?

Try locking the all the car doors and unlocking the drivers side with the key. Use the Master Key.

If an aftermarket non-Toyota alarm look under the dash for a switch or button. Turn ign key to ON position then press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the security LED on the dash goes solid and horn chirps.

If a switch instead of button repeat the process but turn switch in opposite direction from found then turn off the ign switch.
