Hi I have a 1995 camry DX with a manual transmission so I use my parking brake a lot and it just doesn't seem to hold the car in place if I'm on a slight downgrade.

Wondering if this means my rear brakes are bad or if I just need to adjust the parking brake cable (and if so, how?)
