Default 1999 Toyota Camry removing brake caliper?

On an 1999 Toyota Camry vehicle REAR brakes, after I remove the bottom caliper slide bolt, how does the brake caliper swing up? Do I need to grab/squeeze something, or is there a latch I need to pull, as it didn't seem to give? The upper caliper slide bolt doesn't look like it's a removeable 12 mm bolt like I have seen on other cars.

Nothing to grab/squeeze. Remove lower bolt and swing up. Perhaps the pads have worn into the rotor causing them to bend when rotating caliber up.
