Angry 2012 Camry SE

I have been having a growl noise from under the dash by the radio or maybe to the right of it. It sounds like air for some reason. It comes and goes. Never is there when a tech can hear it. About 4 years. fairly loud. Please HELP! Wife thinks she has heard it on our 2018 Camry XLE. Very odd and annoying

Is there a WIRED Homelink mirror that can be bought and added to a 2020 Camry SE? I see there are wireless/ frameless. They work off of batteries. I don't want that. I wand the framed that plugs in with a wire harness.

Is the growl there when the heater/AC blower is turned off?

I am not sure. I think it has always been on. The fam has maybe not been on. What could you suggest in any scenario for us to try out, and what do you think it could be? Thanks for reaching out!

Not sure if the blower ever turns off on later model cars.

Might check Youtube which has videos on Camry blower noise then compare sound to your car.
