2002 Camry Electricial Issue

I have a 2002 Camry that Cig output port has no power. The console power port does have power. The fuse for the Cig 15A fuse has 12V on both sides. What is between the fuse and the cig outlet?

Power port may have its own fuse-Power Port 15A.

Nothing is between cig lighter and Cig fuse. Make sure the issue is not the lighter plug.
