Arm rest booster?

Finding the center console arm rest too low and too far backwards.

Is there a arm rest booster to fix this?

Yes, I have one from amazon or ebay. Center console padded armrest booster. Looks beautiful and elevates it about 2 inches. It attaches with elastic bands on the lid.
