my wife and i are rebuilding our cars. I am rebuilding a 1993 celica convertible , and she is re building a 1994 camry. we both have the 4 cyl 5sfe engines.
We are both painting our engines (valve cover, engine head, intake...) and we wanted a public opinion on wich paint color is the nicest.
I will not mention wich is mine for now. Please leave your vote
We have a meal at A&W hamburgers over this .

It's tough to say without seeing them installed, might depend on body color etc ... good job you two!

Actually, I think the Red belongs on the 1993 Celica convertible , and the Silver belongs on the 1994 Camry.
Both right, better go Dutch on that A&W. (Unless it's the other way around ... then you can each treat each other).

it is fun to do that together. this is her first car and she already helped me pull out the interior (seats, carpet, door panels) to clean everything. soon i will take out the engine and she will help me clean and measure all the components.

 

Your wife should use red, you use the silver.

 

I vote for the silver... but it depends on your personality.

yes the red does go on the celica, by the way my celica is white and her camry is beige. but since we only got 3 votes plus one ''tie''. i guess i will forget the hambugers and call them both equally nice.
