Default Fog light removal/replacement

Hi all, first post ot the forum here, I searched but couldn't come up with any meaningful results for this. I have an '05 camry I got about a year ago to replace my 02 Spec-V which wasn't as friendly in my new urban environment. In any event, over the winter I banged a U turn a little too fast and hit a snow bank (actually an ice-bank) which knocked out my right fog light. The shop I took it to just removed it for me, since I guess the bracket is snapped and the lamp itself is broken now.

So, I was wondering:

A. What's the procedure to remove the other one so I can at least have some symmetry?
B. Any way to fix up the brackets without getting a whole new bumper or whatever?
C. Any kind of fog lamp cover available to put in the foglamp holes?

Thanks!
Matt

Appears to be a couple of self threading screws on the back of the housing. These are on side of teh housing closest the center of the car. Access them from the rear of the bumper.

The housing has a tab the other side that engages the chassis to hold it in.

Once the screws are out move the housing toward the center of the car and pull out.
