I live in a state that doesn't require front plates so I've never had to put them on. However, I want to put a Western Australia license plate on the front of my car (I think the blue and white colors are beautiful, it makes my car look more foreign, Australia is a country I've always held in high regard and want to show that and the Aussies are one of the only other major markets outside North America who drive the XV50 Camry Atara (or SE)).

Do I have to drill holes, or is there a kid that is included in the car to mount a license plate.
