I would like to upgrade my 2007 Camry LE (no JBL speakers, no navigation) so that it can make and receive bluetooth calls and play music from my iPhone 5S. If possible, I'd like to get an OEM replacment unit so that it looks as much like to original design as possible (so that it doesn't stand out too much for car thieves).

Any suggestions? I also welcome suggestions for non OEM replacements as well.

I just ordered a $5 Generic USB Bluetooth Music Audio Stereo Receiver Fit for Car AUX in Home Mp3 Speaker Iphone. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm hoping my phone is smart enough to use the microphone on my phone. If not, I'll go with a LG BT Tone headset to make phone calls.
