Hello, I was wondering if the 1996 Camry LE auto has a bulb in the auto gear selector. The ECT lights up right next to it. I am replacing all the bulbs and that is the last one... if there is one there. lol. I pulled the plastic cover surround off looking for a bulb spot... but no luck. Also where is it and how do I get to it. I know the 4th gen has a bulb... and I did search and got no info on the 3rd gen. Thanks.

 

There is a bulb but it is buried and hard to get to.

 

I got the bulb. I just popped off the plastic surround, then the shifter indicator. I took a pair of long pliers and pulled it out. Replaced it with a 164 bulb. Problem solved. Thanks.
