Sorry Wellsy, didn't mean to put too much there for you to handle. More than 1-2 senstences is tough these days, I know.

 

I have an 05 xjr. When i drive, the subs dont sound loud at all...I cant even hear them, and it sounds like the bass comes out of the speakers in the top of the dash. I also dont hear much audio from the back seats.Does the system just sound like that, or could it be that someone wired the stereo incorrectly? When I hit "mode" on the cd player and boost up the subs, I hear no difference.The system in my 1998 xjr was excellent...and im really disappointed in this stereo.Any thoughts?Thanks-David
