Black stains on ext. paint under door?
Just bought a 2018 SE Camry a week ago and it's rained a couple of times since. Now I'm noticing black stains forming on the white paint under the doors which I'm assuming is from the rubber weather strip/gasket behind the door. I'll be taking it into the dealership but thought I'd post here to see if this is a known issue and what can be done about it. It's pretty unsightly and seems crazy for a brand new car to have this problem.
Thanks for any help.

Was wondering if you found a solution? 1 week in and after rain and 1st car wash I noticed discolorization on rocker panels under door as well as back bumper. Wondering if it’s tire shine chemicals run off onto these parts or something else?
This seems standard on the new model. Water will drip down my doors for many hours after I wash it. If you look at new cars on a lot, they all have this. In my opinion this model is horrible with all the places that water drips from, after washing or rain. The same thing happens in the spoiler/trunk area.
Try using a clay bar. I had some stains on my driver side rocker panel which looks like it came from my boots / shoes. The clay bar took it right off. If it works follow the clay bar with a coat of wax to protect and prevent.
