Default third rear seat belt?

Ok was wondering if anyone can anwser a question i have.i have a 95 toyota camry that my GF has wrecked i also have a another body for it i bought after to put the engine into as the front end was smashed but all i had to do was replace my battery and radiator to continue driving.anyway me and the woman are about to have a little girl soon and i bought a minivan for seating but was wondering why both the camrys i have only have 2 rear seatbelts?I have looked around online and found specs on a 95 toyota camry that seats 5 passengers .
Can one replace the seats and install a third or is this not possible?the minivan i got is a little bit of a gas hog and if i could get a third seat belt setup in the camry i would definitely be pulling the engine in the wrecked one and doing a swap in a heartbeat .the camry has been so reliable i miss having it.

Is the rear seat a bench seat?

The third seat belt is a lap belt only.

Pull out the bottom seat cushion and check for belt buckles. The middle belt bolts to the chassis under the seat cushion.
