Lightbulb 02 CAmry codes P1120 & P1121

My daughter's 02 Camry just started getting these 2 codes. Symptoms are a slow response when the throttle pedal is pressed. I read somewhere else to check voltages at the TPS on the pedal. However, that post was 4 years ago and the individual never reposted the voltage. Hopefully, someone one can help. Below are the voltages I got from back probing the TPS. all measurement taking with the key switch on. Just want to make sure its the TPS.

VPA/Blue-yellow wire - Pedal at idle no voltage. Pushing down on pedal voltage climbs to 3.28

VPA2/White-Red - Pedal at idle voltage read 1.54 detected. Pushing down on pedal voltage climbs to 4.21.

VCP/Red wire & VCP2/ Black-Red - 5.1 voltage at all pedal positions.

All the TPS troubleshooting I see deals with the TPS on the throttle body. This car may have a sensor on the throttle body, but it also has a sensor on the accelerator pedal as well and that the one I tested.

P1121 = APS sensor faulty. Harness has open, short or poor conductivity.
P1120 means ECU has shut down power to throttle motor.

VPA voltage
Released 0.4-1.2v
Depressed 3.0-4.6v

VPA2
0.9-2.3v
3.4-5.0v

The pedal has two potentiometers gained together (VPA and VPA2 are the wipers).

No power at VPA released means a problem.

No power to the VPA (Would that mean a faulty sensor?)

Based on the criteria provided by Toyota yes.

P1121 is the actual trouble code. See list of possible faults in your above post.

P1120 is a response to P1121. This being the ECU shut down power throttle motor.
