Default 2AZ-FE - Engine Lift Points

I'm looking for information on the 2AZ-FE ( Gen-5 Camry 2.4L Engine ) Engine Lift Points. Couldn't find this info in any of my tech documentation. Id rather not lift it by the cylinder head due to the weak point head bolts on this engine type.
Also, I've heard that the 2AZ-FE Engine can be separated from the Trans-axle and pulled from the top of the car, instead of removing the engine from the bottom, which requires a professional lift at a shop. Is this correct ?

The engine weighs 250 lbs, the trans 180 lbs = 430 lbs. That's little force when distributed over 10 head bolts.

If you still concerned run a strap under the crank pulley and around the trans behind the bell housing.

Suggest removing the engine/trans as a unit from the top. Removing the trans in the car takes more work. Note you will need to tilt the trans down to clear the chassis.

Thanks for the info on this. All the docs say that the engine cannot be removed from the top.
Have you done this before on an '02 Camry ?

What doc's.

Look at the engine/trans installation. Raise engine/trans. Then tilt trans down to clear chassis and pull out.

I would prefer a jdm engine source or a rebuilt engine.

I researched that these engines are expensive. I'd rather buy a rebuilt engine as the price difference is not much.

I just got off the phone with Engine World Inc. They have a re-manufactured 2AZ FE engine for $1990. I am impressed. Has anyone bought from them ? This is their website : Japanese Engines | Used Japanese Engines | Used Japanese Engine | JDM Engines
