daytime running lights

How does one enable day time running lights for a usa toyota camry that is going to live in canada?

I'm afraid I don't know that one, though I have a daytime light setting on my signal arm that allows me to have them on if I choose. My advice is to merely make it a habit each time you start your car, as I have done.
