The V6 was an option as such the engine and trans will bolt in.
You will need another model of trans, assume an A541E. The 4 cylinder has an A140E trans.
And a computer for the new engine/trans model a(both will be different) plus the emission type for the car. The either meets Federal or California standards. The emissions type will also effect the V6 engine chosen as Fed or CA engines have slightly different builds.
The engine harness will need to be swapped.
The V6 option has heavier front suspension spring for the added weight plus 4 wheel disk brakes.
The swap have been done but highly suggest you have a Camry of similar year with V6 available for a donor car.
If piecing the swap together instead of getting all the parts at once the costs are going to add.
Might be cheaper to sell the old car and buy one with a V6.
