Unhappy Failed EMISSIONS 93 CAMRY V6 LE HELP!

Ok...I don't why i just failed emissions, I had a mechanic replace my intake manifold replace a few months ago, could that have caused this problem at all??? My printout of my failed test says my PCV, Catalytic Converter/Oxygen sensors and just about everything else ALL PASSED on it and i just failed emissions on HC, CO and NO. Here my reading are...
HC PPM-143
CO PPM-1.56
NO PPM-611
Any help would greatly appreciated!

What state was the car tested in.

Typically cars older then 1996ish just get a tailpipe test for emissions.

Does the printout have the maximum limits for these gases, such as 100 PPM HC max?

Also post any other results such as O2, etc.

Default Thanks for replying...I really need on this one

I live in CA, hardcare Emissions in Los Angeles, Enhanced testing for 95 or older cars, it's a 93. Basically the car has 120,000 miles on it and I had the intake manifold and two fuel injectors replaced since it passed 4,000 miles back. Read on and triple thanks for looking at this...my beautiful is off the road til i figure this out!

Here's the info I have you asked for....thanks!

15 mile HC PPM MAX - 84 AVERAGE 39 MEASURE - 143
25 mile HC PPM MAX - 49 AVERAGE 22 MEASURE - 135ZQ

15 mile CO PPM MAX - 0.49 AVERAGE 0.05 MEASURE - 1.56
25 mile CO PPM MAX - 0.46 AVERAGE 0.04 MEASURE - 1.37

15 mile NO PPM MAX - 484 AVERAGE 159 MEASURE - 611
25 mile NO PPM MAX - 498 AVERAGE 131 MEASURE - 682

15 mile RPM 1761 %CO2 Measure - 13.7 %O2 Measure -0.2
25 mile RPM 1717 %CO2 Measure - 13.9 %O2 Measure -0.1

Results that passed... on Visual and Functional tests
PAss PCV
Pass Catalytic Converter
Pass EGR Visual
n/A EGR Functional
Pass Fuel Cap Functional
Pass Fuel Cap Visual
Pass Spark Controls
Pass Fuel Evaporative Controls Functional
N/A Thermostat Air Cleaner
N/A Air Injection
Pass Vacuum Line to Sensors/Switches
Pass Ignition Timing 7 BTDC
Pass Wiring to Sensors
N/A Fillpipe Restrictor
Pass Fuel Evaporative Controls
Pass MIL/Check Engine Light
Pass CARB/Fuel Injection
Pass Other Emission Related Components
Pass Oxygen Sensors
Pass Liquid Fuel Leaks

Now...what I can tell you is that I just noticed there on alot of oil all over underneath on my oil pan below the car, definitely a valve cover gasket with a gumit that is leaking. A few months back after the tornado, my car was hit with alot of water and triggered the check engine light to come on indicating the OXYGEN sensors were bad a scan from the water getting into them. But I was told to reset the check engine light and let it sit for a month and then drive it to see if the Check Engine light for the Oxygen sensor AND The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NEVER EVER came back on but it HN after months of driving it ,and I was told it they were ok my another mechanic who didn't look at them and just scanned them??? Could they be a problem maybe and missed? Also, can someone replacing the Intake Manifold a few months back have anything to do this??? This car was just smogged 4,000 miles ago when I bought it used and the previous smog from the former owner indicates the Catalytic Converter WAS REPAIRED and then passed just prior to me buying it.

Now it's passed the Gas Cap -EVAP test!

The report says:
