Front & Rear Brake Lights Stay On When Car Is Off?

Default Front & Rear Brake Lights Stay On When Car Is Off?
I have a toyota camry 96 in almost new condition. When I turn of the car the front lights and the brake lights stay on and dont turn off. I checked the fuses and there good. Any idea why this is happening? Thank you
