Default 2000 2.2L Intermittent stumbling

Hi,
I'm really excited to have found this forum! I have searched the site and haven't found my exact problem so hopefully someone will know what I should do.

I have a 2000 Camry 2.2 4-Cyl w/222K miles. Everything had been fine until last week the vehicle stalled and would not restart. The engine turned over fine so it did not seem to be an electrical problem. I had to get it towed home.
The next day I was able to start the car but it has a significant intermittent stumble when accelerating or maintaining speed. It does not stumble in idle. Other than the occasional stumble the car sounds and runs fine.
There is no CEL.
Electrical system seems fine
The stumbling is intermittent. Occasionally I can drive for a few minutes without any stumble. I can not reproduce the stumble reliably.
Stumbling happens at when engine is warm and cold.

Here is what I have done so far to fix the problem with no success:
Replaced fuel pump
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced fuel pump relay
Replaced spark plug wires
Checked plugs, all fine
Cleaned and tested IAC (resistance check, diagnostic check), works fine
Fuel injectors sound normal
Engine idles fine
Cleaned throttle plate
Checked PCV

Any idea what could be causing the intermittent stumbling?

Any change if light or heavy throttle?

Any EGR issues?

Might use a real time ODB2 scanner to check data A/F.

Ah, good thinking.
So far as I can tell, the stumbling seems to occur more frequently under light throttle.

I don't think that there are any EGR problems. When the engine is running I can squeeze the valve and cause it to idle rough and eventually stall.

I haven't tried driving with the EGR disconnected so perhaps I can try that in the morning.

Does the real-time OBD2 scanner work even though the check engine light isn't on?
What do you think might be happening if the stumbling only happens during light throttle?
Thanks!!!

I disconnected the EGR and plugged the line. Still getting the stumbling during acceleration and while at cruising speed.
Anything else worth looking at?

Tested ECT and resistance was within spec. Checked plugs again and they look good. IAT and MAP also tested within spec.
At a loss with what else could be causing the intermittent stumbling/jerking.
Any other ideas please?
