Smile Lower front corner lights

Looking at a picture of the 2013 Camry it has lights in the opening at the front lower corner. In my Camry LE it just has a black fake vent grates. I assume the one in the picture is the upgraded SE model. I would like to retrofit those lights into my car. Has anyone on the forum done this? And is it even possible? Is the wiring for these lights even installed?

I live in a rural area of East Texas where when it is dark it is really dark. Our roads where we live are narrow with ditches. When making a turn on a really dark night it is difficult to see the road you are turning on to. And these lights would be a big help in the turns. My Jag XJ6 has lower front corner lights and they really help. Any information regarding adding these lights would be greatly appreciated.
