if you have this exact car, does your car have a 2 second hesitation when downshifting to 1st gear from around 20-35 mph under WOT?

i've been told it's a fuzzy logic transmission programming fault but just wanted to know for sure if anyone else has this and if they got it fixed by a flash or just live with it?

thanks for any and all information on this weirdness that's driving me nuts.

This year cars trans computer has no fuzzy logic, just preset programming, no reflash is possible.
