Default Stuck rear rotor - not rusted to hub

I have a 2012 Camry Hybrid with a rear rotor that will not come off.
The problem is not the rust around the hub I've already dealy with that, the rotor actually moves 1/2" from hub but stops. I think it is jamming up on the parking brake.

A friend suggested moving the adjustment **** for the parking brake but I can't find it through the little hole.

Any ideas?

Make sure emergency brake is off.

The adjuster is at the bottom of the hub. Rotate hole in rotor until it is at the bottom.

The adjuster looks like a star wheel (has ****). Use screw driver to rotate the **** downward. This will back off the shoes to allow the rotor to come off.
