Default Tail Light
2017 Camry. My left tail light sometimes running but mostly doesn't. But, my brake lights runs. What can be the reason? Thanks.

Have you checked the bulb and bulb socket? The L/R tail light wiring is gained together thus both powered from the same wiring and source.
