Default 1998 Camry LE Check engine light

I recently purchased a 1998 camry le with 87000 miles on it. I got a killer deal on the car because the check engine light is on. I have replaced the converter and the Vacuum control module. I'm getting codes for insufficent egr flow and the EVAP system. I've also replaced the gas cap and tested the egr valve. I'm assuming in my four cylinder model the only other component of the egr system is the VSV. I know the module is good because i changed it and the egr passed the vaccum test. Does any one know what the most likely component for the evap system problem is. The car sat for a year so i doubt the charcol canister is satturated. Any one have any suggestions?
