Default 1999 Camry power door locks

My power door locks will not work when the car is off. I have tried to replace the fuse (GUESSING as to which fuse to try to change because neither one of my fuse diagrams shows either doors or my clock - which also went out yesterday) and Ihave changed the battery in my remote, etc. The remote lights up when the button is pressed, but when the car is off - the locks are dead. Any help? I have an appt with a dealer next week but it's $130 per HOUR and I'm a single Mother with no funds for something this expensive - such as an electrical problem.

In Fenton, MO - any help?

Door fuse controls power to lock integration relay when ign off. Location lower far left side of instrument panel (behind panel), may be behind the drivers side ash tray (if car has one).

Did the remote ever work? These systems may be programmable, have you check your owners manual.
