Default 2010 Camry error codes

I have a 2010 Camry XLE. I Currently have 3 repeating errors P2716 (pressure control Solenoid D), P0500 (vehicle speed sensor A) and P0335 (Crankshaft Position Sensor A). Last year in late spring of 2020 the car was partially submerged in a flood. Water came up to the just below the center console. The car started fine and it has dried out and I am still dealing with the musty odor but that is dissipating. The car shifts properly, it accelerates normally without hesitation and it does not misfire. All 3 codes have a sub note as a possible cause that the PCM is faulty. I am wondering if I would get a new PCM and start there instead of with the 3 other parts?

What kind of water, fresh or salt? Water can cause all kinds of issues. Did the water get above the bottom of the PCM?

It may not be the parts but the wiring, connectors or PCM.

Suggest you get a wiring diagram then run down the wiring and connectors for the problem items. Use contact cleaner on all connections.

Find the PCM and clean the large wiring connectors. If possible check the PCM for internal water if the water may have reached it..

The right scanner can read out real time signals for the affected items.
