Camry 2010 2,4l dashboard light need help

Hi someone can explain me what is this ? I just buy a Toyota Camry 2010 2,4l 4 cylinder and after 60kilometer this 2 light are on.

That's the "check engine"light. It illuminates if there is a trouble code(s) stored in the cars engine computer. You need to have any code(s) read out using a code reader.

thank you so I need to go for check with a code reader and after did I need to be worried for this ? It’s a big problèm ?
