Default 2020 Camry door locks

My wife has a 2018 Camry and it only has 35k on it. We have had intermittent issues with the drivers side door unlocking when she goes to open it. I have changed the batteries in the key fob and I just replaced the car battery. It will work and then it will take a moment sometimes. Then it will jut not work at all and then suddenly start working.
I definitely do not want to take it to the stealership so they can tell me there is no problem for $200.

Thank You

If just one door lock then could be that actuator. If more doors locks start to fail then could be the door lock computer.

The door lock system has a module that controls the locks. The door switches run to the module then the module sends a signal to the door lock. The FOB sends a signal to a receiver inside the car that sends one to the module.

Sometimes with years of use, the wiring between the chassis and drivers door fails due to flexing but the car is too new for this.

It just does it maybe a couple of times a month. It will just have to break a little more.

So last night I noticed it doesn't flash the lights and beep when you lock it with the key fob. It also doesn't automatically lock the door after the 120 seconds its set for.
Then I checked all the doors and noticed the rear passenger door wasn't locking. I manually locked and unlocked it and it started working again.

a million thanks for this Steven. This one had us beat! - Who would have thought these settings would be in the radio. Toyota have some funny ideas. Our UK menu is a bit different from yours but your advice is good and easy to understand. Greetings from Scotland.

UPDATE
So a few times it would not lock the rear passenger door. I would manually lock and unlock it and it would start working. Tested it 50+ times and it wouldn't repeat the problem. So today the driver side door has stopped working. Key only now. It will not activate from the drivers side. If you go to the passenger side everything works except the drivers door will not unlock, it keeps beeping 3 times. Going to start with replacing the door actuator. Really hoping its not the $1400 part.
I never thought I would be dealing with these issues so soon. It only has 36k on it and its like new inside.

Check individual door locks for proper operation.

So my wife went to work and everything started working again. Can not get it to fail now. I guess I will have to take the panel off and see if something is pinched or something. We had scratch repaired on that door so they might have done something.

The lock system uses a body computer. The door and key switch do not directly operate the locks but send a signal to the computer which sends a signal to the locks.
