Default 96 toyota camry right rear turn signal not working

I have a 96 camry and the right rear turn signal does not work. The front works but blinks fast and the rear does not. I replaced the rear bulb the old one was still good. But i replaced it anyway. I think it may be a fuse but where would it be located. There is no lay out in the owerns manual. So i dont know where to even start to look for it.
