my 99 camry will sometime blow the fuse for the daash guages.it also controles the power windows.checked everthing but found no shorts etc.may not do it for a couple of months,then 2 or 3 times in a row.very fustrating.moving wire running up to stering wheel will sometime make it not blow fuse,but sooner or later it will do it again.any ideas?
