1995 Camry LE 2.2

Hi all thanks for any advice in advance!

The deal is if it's been sitting for a couple of days it'll start right up. But then once you've turned it off you have to turn the key like 50 times for it to start. I've just replaced the starter on it and am having the same results... Where to look next? Any help would be great!!

 

The engine does not turn over when you turn the key 50 times, or turns over but does not start.
