If you like the car, give the seller a chance to fix it. Have you shown the Toyota service bulletin to them?

Suggest you read the lemon law for your state. There are typically specific requirements for the buyer to give the seller repeated opportunities to fix the car.

I do like the car. Im nervous that if I give them the service bulletin they might feel like they do have to fix it and then Im screwed trying to fix it myself. Im also nervous that I will be pushing on 30 days because im leaving for Texas on July 7-14 and I bought it on the 9th.they are not communicating with me. ive been calling 98% on the time. im going to schedule an appointment with and see if they cant fix it just give me back my 7,000 down payment back or work something out on a another vehicle on lot. this is so frustrating because i only had the car a day.

If your more comfortable returning the car, then try to do this.

I had a similar noise coming from the rear part of the roof whenever torque was applied to my 2016 Camry XLE (when driving over speed bumps, ramps, etc.). I took it to the dealer and there was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for that problem. The dealer "REMOVED AND REINSTALLED SLIDING ROOF HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY FLEX ROOF REINFORCEMENTS AND INSTALL SHIMS PER TSB 151-13 63111-06540."
