first poster here, car is a 2000 camry 2.2 5sfe... im just flat out stuck. RF tire lost tread and destroyed harness, replaced harness with exact same one from parts yard, car cranks but is not getting fuel, no power to opening circuit relay coil while cranking. i can jump the pins on the relay socket and start the car, however the instrument cluster is dead, no CEL at key on, or ever, no gauges, no lights except seatbelt light. someone please help, im stuck! im thinking the ecu is fried, but would really like a way to verify that is the issue. i do have a DVM, test light, scanner, etc. thanks in advance everyone
also noticed that on diag port on RH side of engine where you could normally jump B+ to Fp, there is no wire or pin at Fp!!!

Yes, it was pretty mangled, not worth repairing, multiple connectors missing etc. the diag port goes into a seperate harness on the backside of engine, it was untouched, i only had to replace the harness that goes from under rh side of dash along underside of fender, across radiator and ends at main junction box / fuse / relay box. car is a 2000 camry 2.2 5sfe

The 2000 didn't have a FP terminal.
Have you checked all fuses?
Suggest going to the Toyota info site below and downloading the wiring diagrams. Cost is $20 for 2 days usage.

The car appears to have wiring issues.
Dash icons such as oil pressure, washer fluid level, emergency brake get their power from the same source as the fuel light, tach, speedo, door, water temp, ABS. The first three lights listed are connected to switches that ground the circuit to turn the light on.
The circuit opening relay receives power when the ign switch is on. The computer grounds the circuit when the engine is cranking or running..
Thus some wiring circuits do not need the computer to operate yet are appear to be not operating. This indicates the problem may be elsewhere then the computer.
