Default Trouble with headlights

Well just recently my headlights decided to stop turning on with my '92 Camry. The parking lights work, but nothing else. The fuses, relay, and switch is good because I can manually turn them on with the hood up and the switch pressed down. They're getting 10.5 Volts when they should be gettting 12V. But when it comes time for me to get an inspection, they stop working. I'm in the process of finding a ground to hopefully fix the problem; but I was wondering if any of you had his problem

Default Update

I recently rerouted the ground of the headlights to the parking lights, also connected them to the switch and relay. They worked for about 2 days, and now I think it blew the fuse. This is the second time it blew the fuse. I thought I had fixed it when I saw two wires behind the radio pinched. But this may continue the problem until I do something. I hope you can help me.

The headlight circuit is differant from the tail/running light circuit.

Differant fuses, differant relays, differant wiring.

The AutoZone website may have wiring diagrams that can aid you.

www.autozone.com Look in their Vehicle Repair Guide section.
