Default Water Damage?

Over the weekend, my 1996 camry was parked on a street where the streets drain did not work.
water seaped into the car, about 3-4 inches on the floor of the back seat, and some in the front driver seats floor. The car does nothing, I can't even put the car into neutral. I tried jumping it and nothing happens..
are there any electronic parts on the undercarriage of the car that can be damged if submerged in water? i would think they would be waterproof..
any help would be great.... thanks in advance

I'm sure there are things under there that shouldn't be getting that wet. Hitting a puddle is far different than sitting in water. Your o2 senor and things surely got wet and it the water got that high up it probably got into your exhaust. I would let it dry out a couple of days and see what happens.
