02 camry v6 idle drop

i have 02 camry v6 idle drop to 400 and then 200 and died it happen many time i took the car to shop they said throttle body bad cost 1300.00 (engine light not on) any help thanks advance

You likely have a problem with the IAC valve (idle air control). No need to replace the entire throttle body.
