Default 0W-20 Engine Oil for 2010 Camry

Anyone else notice the very strong language in the owner's manual for using 0W-20 in the 2010 Camry - 2.5L (4-Cylinder)?
Apparently for better fuel economy & cold start performance.

SAE 0W-20 is the best choice for
good fuel economy and good
starting in cold weather.

If SAE 0W-20 is not available,
SAE 5W-20 oil may be used.
However, it must be replaced
with SAE 0W-20 at the next oil
change.

Might read the info at the link below, it is for the hybrid but still informative.
